InternetMediaTour.com grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the videos on this site FREE OF CHARGE (Focus Fish Media, Inc. and/or its clients can revoke these license at anytime) under the following conditions:

- For pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimise other people, sociteties, cultures
- To endorse competitor products and services of the person(s) depected in the video, Focus Fish Media, The Media Choice or any of their former or current clients
- In a way that can give a bad name to the person(s) depicted on the video, Focus Fish Media, Inc. or any of its former or current clients or partners
- As part of a trademark, service mark or logo
- SELLING THE VIDEO (INDIVIDUALLY OR ALONG WITH OTHER VIDEOS) IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
You may not use the videos
You understand that InternetMediaTour.com, in order to provide the video hosting service, has the right to allow advertisers to cover the costs of this service and as such has the choice of advertisers and the content of their message is at the discretion of InternetMediaTour.com. Additionally InternetMediaTour.com reserves the right to deliver communications, service announcements and self advertising in order to continue to provide a quality service.
InternetMediaTour.com provides no warranties of service quality, or availability. InternetMediaTour.com is not liable for any damages included but not limited to loss of business.
InternetMediaTour.com respects the rights of copyright holders. As a user of this system you agree to use this service in accordance with the laws of the United States. This includes but is not limited to use of copyrighted or trademark material.
